Unique Events is dedicated to providing high-quality wedding and event services. These Terms and Conditions set out the obligations of both the company and the client to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all parties involved.
To secure your booking, a deposit of [Insert Amount/Percentage] is required at the time of reservation. This deposit guarantees the availability of your chosen services and is non-refundable. Unique Events will work closely with clients to plan and execute their event as agreed upon during the consultation process. The client is responsible for providing accurate details about the event, including the venue, date, time, and any specific requirements.
Access to the venue must be granted at least 1 hour before the event start time to allow for setup. Any delays caused by the client or venue restrictions may affect the services provided.
While we take every precaution to ensure that our equipment and services meet the highest standards, Unique Events cannot be held liable for any interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as power outages, technical failures, or adverse weather conditions.
Clients are responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our equipment during the event. Any damage caused by guests, venue staff, or other third parties will be charged to the client at repair or replacement cost.
Our equipment, such as the Selfie Mirror, Sparkle Dance Floor, and other hire items, is provided in good working order. Clients must not attempt to move, dismantle, or tamper with any equipment during the event.
Unique Events will provide a trained operator for specific services, such as the chocolate fountain and photo booth, to ensure smooth operation throughout the event.
Photographs and videos captured using our services, such as the photo booth or Selfie Mirror, may be used by Unique Events for promotional purposes. Clients who do not wish for their images to be used must notify us in writing before the event.
Unique Events values your privacy. Any personal information shared with us during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of delivering our services. We do not share your information with third parties unless required by law.
